Changing color schemes in libre office
So I played a bit with color schemes in Libre Office ( tools/options/LibreOffice/appearance) in order to produce a more friendly environment for my eyes. After finding the right combinations I saved them making 2 extra profiles. I ve got the following 2 problems:
1) After I started using the new profiles background fill doesnt work in Calc... Any suggestions where I should look?
2) When I saved my 2 new profiles the default LibreOffice profile was also changed and as a result I cannot revert in the default LibreOffice appearance. (that would not be an issue though if everything worked with the new profiles)
LibreOffice was installed after I removed OpenOffice using the Ubuntu official repository in an maverick installation.
Any ideas would be welcomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well what worked for me, although might sound crazy but things are like this some times, I had to re-install the two languages I am using in my system ( greek english).
After the re-installation everything worked fine.
Hope it helps
...that far.
I've experienced this problem on my box and another one freshly installed. Since I foresee installing a few others, I'll keep your suggestion in mind and let you (everybody) know what happens with those.
Thanks!
Can not help with your problem but I would suggest starting a new thread for your problem.
Hi there,
had the same problem: the only solution I've found was to switch Ubuntu's theme to Clearlooks or something equivalent (pale, anyway).
HTH.
